1. Carefully open and remove the wand from the tube, wipe off any excess product on the rim to prevent uneven product load during application 3. Hold the mascara wand horizontally and start at the base of your lashes, rolling the wand slightly to ensure thorough coverage 4. Slowly sweep the wand upward towards the tips of your lashes, coating each lash evenly to achieve desired volume and length 5. For extra definition, use the tip of the wand to coat the smaller lashes in the inner and outer corners of your eyes 6. For a more glamorous lash effect, consider adding a second layer of mascara immediately after the first one. Our mascara is fast-drying, delivering the desired effect with just one swipe. However, if you desire extra drama, apply the second coat without letting the first layer dry completely. Doing so prevents the risk of the first layer drying and potentially cracking, which could result in flakes. 7. Allow the mascara to dry completely before blinking or touching your lashes.

First and foremost, delivery is FREE for orders over £30 and £5 for orders under £30 in the UK. In the EU delivery is FREE for other over €50 and €5 for orders under €100, 

PLEASE NOTE ALL ORDERS IN IRELAND INCLUDE ALL VAT & CUSTOMS SO YOU WILL NOT NEED TO PAY ANYTHING ADDITIONAL.

All orders are despatched within 48 hours unless you have paid for NEXT DAY delivery, these leave us same day if the order is made by 2pm.  A signature may be required for some orders.  You will get a text/email on the morning of delivery and the ability to change the day/leave in a safe place if you are not going to be around.

Orders placed on a Friday after 3pm will not be processed till the following Monday.

If an order is placed on a Bank Holiday then the order will be processed the following working day.

Our stock availability runs above 98%, however sometimes we or the manufacturer do run out of a product. If there is going to be a slight delay on a product, we will let you know quickly and manage your expectations.
