Apply product sparingly over the entire face every other evening for the first 1-2 weeks, then slowly increase usage, as tolerated, to 1-2 times daily. If irritation occurs, decrease the frequency of application to allow the skin greater time to acclimate.

When using Retinol care is needed.
Use once or twice a week each evening as tolerated. Usage can be slowly built up to every other night and then nightly or as tolerated. For ageing recommended to be used 3 months on 3 months off or use 3 times a week all the time. For acne or pigmentation use for longer until results are seen then reduce the frequency of use.

Apply a pea-sized amount of Retinol to thoroughly cleansed skin in the evening. Carefully avoid the eyes and the corner of the eyes. You should try not to apply anything else after to your skin at night. If a moisturiser is needed wait at least 30 minutes after applying the retinol before applying any corrective or moisturising products. Please ensure you are applying your antioxidant serum and sunscreen every morning to avoid sun damage and pigmentation. Avoid using retinol whilst on holiday if you are exposed to extreme sunlight (stop a few weeks before)

First and foremost, delivery is FREE for orders over £30 and £3.49 for orders under £30 in the UK. In the EU delivery is FREE for other over €50 and €7 for orders under €50, 

PLEASE NOTE ALL ORDERS IN IRELAND INCLUDE ALL VAT & CUSTOMS SO YOU WILL NOT NEED TO PAY ANYTHING ADDITIONAL.

All orders are despatched within 48 hours unless you have paid for NEXT DAY delivery, these leave us same day if the order is made by 2pm.  A signature may be required for some orders.  You will get a text/email on the morning of delivery and the ability to change the day/leave in a safe place if you are not going to be around.

Orders placed on a Friday after 3pm will not be processed till the following Monday.

If an order is placed on a Bank Holiday then the order will be processed the following working day.

Our stock availability runs above 98%, however sometimes we or the manufacturer do run out of a product. If there is going to be a slight delay on a product, we will let you know quickly and manage your expectations.
