As with all products in the SkinCeuticals range, using the double action Daily Duo Silymarin CF Kit is easy and quick:
1. When completing your morning skincare routine, use your fingers to gently massage 4-5 drops of Silymarin CF into your neck and chest.
2. This should be followed by 4-6 drops of Blemish and Age Defense serum. Use the palm of your hands to gently spread the serum over the forehead, cheeks, chin and neck.
3. Always finish your morning skincare routine by using sunscreen. This should be applied before exposure to the sun.
4. The Blemish and Age Defense serum can also be used in the evening. Once you have washed, apply the serum to the face and neck, before using any other creams or moisturisers.
